Cancellations can be filed easily through the "Your Tickets" section in the app. Full refunds are processed based on timelines: cancellations over 24 hours receive a 90% refund, 12-24 hours receive 70%, and 6-12 hours receive 50%. Less than 6 hours prior to departure, tickets are non-refundable. Funds are returned to your source payment mode within 5-7 business days.

Our live tracking systems operate on dual active GPS transponders fitted in all Safar luxury cruisers. Coordinate metrics refresh every 10 seconds to supply near real-time ETAs. If the coach passes through remote areas with weak cellular networks, our tracking engine extrapolates ETAs based on historic speed averages until connection is restored.

All Safar luxury coaches feature air conditioning (climate-controlled), individual high-speed USB-C charging sockets, personal reading lamps, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Premium Sleeper coaches also include plush bedding (memory-foam pillows & blankets) and premium refreshments distributed by our onboard highway supervisor.

For safety, anti-fraud, and compliance protocols, tickets are strictly tied to the passenger name logged during checkout. Tickets cannot be transferred. However, you can easily cancel your booking and purchase a new ticket under the correct name.

Our live control room actively monitors routes. If traffic, fog, or maintenance causes a delay exceeding 15 minutes, our system automatically triggers immediate SMS, WhatsApp, and email alerts to all passengers, including updated board times and live bus locations.

To ensure a pristine and comfortable cabin environment, we do not house chemical toilets inside the passenger cabins. Instead, our express schedules feature carefully planned breaks (approximately 15 minutes) at premium, hygienic highway plazas with clean food courts and washroom services every 2-3 hours.
